Questions Families Often Ask
Every family’s situation is different, but these are some of the questions we hear most often when someone is beginning to explore home care.
How are caregivers matched?
We consider care needs, routines, personality and preferences when selecting caregivers for each client.
Is there a minimum visit length?
Yes. Our hourly care has a four-hour minimum, helping caregivers provide meaningful support without rushing.
Can our family remain involved?
Absolutely. With the client’s consent, we can keep designated family members informed and work together as needs change.
What types of care do you provide?
We offer hourly, overnight, live-in and rotating 24-hour care, along with dementia support and hospital-to-home care.
How much does care cost?
Rates depend on the type of care, schedule and level of support required. We’ll explain the options and costs clearly following your free assessment.
What if we’re unsure how much care is needed?
That’s completely normal. We’ll discuss the current situation and recommend a practical starting point that can be adjusted over time.
